Attorney Schwarz earned his Bachelor of Arts from North Dakota State University and his J.D. from Hamline University.[3]
Career
Schwarz has 22 years of courtroom experience in civil and criminal law and has taught business law, evidence, civil procedure and constitutional law for the legal assistant program at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake, where he practiced until late 1999.[4]
