A Toronto City Income Tax Continuation measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Toronto which is in Jefferson County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 912 (61.83%)Approveda
  • NO 563 (38.17%)[1]

This measure sought to continue the city income tax which is set at a rate of .5 percent for a further five years in order to continue to pay for street improvement costs, garbage collection services and other general programs in the city.[2]
