Tucson Home Rule Option, Proposition 400 (November 2009)
There was a Tucson Home Rule Option proposition on the November 3 ballot in Pima County for voters in the city of Tucson.
This proposition would have amended the city charter so that it would not need to follow he state laws set out on limiting municipal spending. This would have been in effect for the following 4 fiscal years after it is approved.[1]
