Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
| A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Van Buren, Hancock County, Ohio for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty cents ($0.30) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.[3] |
