Wayne Abernathy was a judge for the 15A Judicial District of the Third Division of the Superior Court, serving Alamance County in North Carolina. He was first elected to the seat in 2010. Abernathy retired from the court on June 30, 2017.[1]

Education

Abernathy received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.[2]

2010 election

Abernathy won election to the court in 2010. He won 34.82% of the vote in the general election.[3]
