William E. Lantrip
William E. Lantrip was the chancellor for the Anderson County Chancery Court in the Seventh Judicial District of Tennessee. He began serving in this position in 1989.[1][2][3] He retired from the court on June 30, 2014.[4]
Education
Lantrip received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville in 1966 and 1969, respectively.[1]
Career
Lantrip began his career in 1969 as a private practice attorney and he worked in that position until he became a chancellor in 1989. He was also a city attorney for Oak Ridge, Tennessee from 1977 to 1989.[1]
