William J. Rowan, III
William J. Rowan, III was a judge on the Sixth Circuit Court for Montgomery County in Maryland. He served on the court from September 7, 2000 until his retirement on April 4, 2009.[1]
Education
Rowan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit in 1961 and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1964.[1]
