Wyoming Constitutional Amendment A was on the November 5, 2002, ballot in Wyoming as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1]

Amendment A allows a majority of the elected members of each house to convene a special legislative session; The governor's power to call a special legislative session was not affected by this amendment.[2]
