Thomas Casey (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Erie County Legislature to represent District 10 in New York. He lost in the general election on November 5, 2019.
Casey replaced Michelle Schoeneman on the primary ballot after she declined her nominating petitions in April 2019.[1]
