Mary Anne Sahagian is the first justice for the Essex Probate and Family Court in Essex County, Massachusetts.[1] She was nominated to the court by former Governor Paul Cellucci in August 1999 and may serve on the court until she turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[2][3]

Education

Sahagian received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School.[4]

Career

Before she joined the Essex Probate and Family Court, Sahagian worked as a sole practitioner with law offices in Lowell and Chelmsford, Massachusetts.[2]
