A Farmersville Village Current Levy Renewal measure was on the August 7, 2012 ballot in the village of Farmersville, which is in Montgomery County.

- YES 50 (79.37%)

- NO 13 (20.63%)[1]
This measure sought to renew the current levy which is set at a rate of $.25 per $100 of assessed value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for current operational costs in the village.[2]
Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
| A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Farmersville for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 2.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.25 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
