Kevin V. Maltby is a justice of the Massachusetts District Courts. He was nominated to the court by Governor Charlie Baker (R) on July 11, 2018, and was unanimously confirmed by the Governor's Council on August 22, 2018.[1][2]
Maltby may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.
Education
Maltby earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts in 1998 and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2001.[3]

- 2008-present: Adjunct professor, Bay Path University Legal Studies Department
