Herbert L. Richardson is a district court judge for the 16B Judicial District, which presides over Robeson County of North Carolina.[1] He was appointed to the court by former Governor Jim Hunt in 1979.[2] Richardson was re-elected to the 16B Judicial District in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[3][4]
