Richard E. Burke is a judge on the New Haven District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] He was appointed to the bench 2001 by Governor John Rowland.[2]

Education

Burke earned an undergraduate degree from Marquette University. He was awarded a J.D. from Tulane University in 1974 and an LL.M. from the University of Miami.[3]
