Debra A. James is a justice for the New York County Supreme Court (1st Judicial District) in New York. She was elected to this position on November 5, 2013 for a term that expires at the end of 2027.[1]
Education
James received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1975 and her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1978.[2][3]
