Suzanne Carlson is a judge for the Sixth Judicial District Court in Colorado. Carlson was appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper on July 1, 2012, and she was retained by voters in 2014.[1] Her six-year term was set to expire on January 11, 2021.[2]

Education
Carlson earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.[1]
Career
Before her appointment to the sixth district, she worked at Lisa Ward LLC, focusing on divorce and child custody matters. She also served as a judge for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe from 2005 to 2012.[1]
