Cynthia Yee-Wallace is a judge of the Idaho 4th Judicial District. She assumed office in 2021. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.
Yee-Wallace ran for re-election for judge of the Idaho 4th Judicial District. She won in the general election on May 17, 2022.
She was appointed to the court on January 5, 2021, by Gov. Brad Little (R).
Education
Yee-Wallace earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho and her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to serving as a judge, Yee-Wallace spent nine years as a Deputy Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Division at the Idaho Attorney General’s Office.[1] Before serving as a Deputy Attorney General, she spent eight years in private practice.[1] She has taught as an adjunct professor at University of Idaho College of Law and Concordia University School of Law.[1]
