Joseph Marshall was a member of the Jefferson County Public Schools in Kentucky, representing District 4. He assumed office on August 27, 2019. He left office on January 6, 2025.
Marshall ran for re-election to the Jefferson County Public Schools to represent District 4 in Kentucky. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Marshall was appointed by the board to replace Benjamin Gies, who resigned on July 1, 2019.[1]
