Michael A. Della Vecchia was a judge of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He assumed office in 2001. He left office on December 31, 2024.
Della Vecchia was first appointed to the court by then-Governor Tom Ridge in June 2001.[1][2]
Education
Della Vecchia earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. from Temple University.[3]
Career
Prior to being elected to the court, Della Vecchia spent 30 years in private practice at the following law firms, Evashavik & Della Vecchia, Rose, Schmidt, Hasley & DiSalle, and Brennan, Robins & Daley.[2]

Della Vecchia was retained with a "yes" vote of 74.7%.[4][5]
