Not on Ballot
Proposed ballot measures that were not on a ballot
This measure was not put
on an election ballot

The Arizona "Personhood" Amendment did not make the November 6, 2012 general election ballot in the state of Arizona as a legislatively referred state statute. The measure would have defined "person" in the state constitution at start of biological development. According to reports, the measure was introduced during the 2012 state legislative session, where the formal title of the bill was SB 1494. The measure did not make it out of session.[1]
