Kansas City, Missouri: Kenneth R. Garrett III was sworn in as the newest associate circuit judge of the 16th Judicial Circuit in Jackson County, Missouri on January 28, 2011. He was appointed to this position in August of 2010 to replace the retired Judge Robert Beaird. Judge Garrett is a former assistant attorney general and Jackson County prosecutor.[1]
