The North Dakota Industrial Commission Initiative was on the October 28, 1921 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have reorganized the Industrial Commission by removing the state officials and providing for the appointment of a three person commission by the Governor with confirmation by the state Senate.[2]
