The Mississippi State Boundaries, Amendment 5, also known as Amendment 5, was on the ballot in Mississippi on November 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed that the constitution be amended via Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 520. The amendment proposed that the section regarding the establishment of the state boundaries be repealed.[1]
