The Hartford New Elementary School Bond was on the November 4, 2007 ballot in Washington and Dodge Counties for voters in the school district of Hartford. The goal was to allow the district to borrow $24.9 million over 20 years to build a new elementary school.

Another bond issue was on the ballot at the same time, this one to provide money to staff the new classrooms that would be built if the New Elementary School Bond had passed: Hartford Classroom Staffing School Bond (2007).

Result

Failed, by roughly 2-1.[1]
