Regina Parker is a district court judge for the 2nd Judicial District, which presides over Beaufort, Hyde, Martin, Tyrrell, and Washington counties of North Carolina.[1] She was appointed to the court by former Governor Jim Hunt in January 2001 and elected to a full term in the position in November 2002.[2] She was re-elected to the 2nd Judicial District Court in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[3][4]

Education

Parker received her undergraduate degree in criminal justice from East Carolina University in 1989 and her J.D. from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1992.[5]
