Stephen M. Rainaud is a probate and family court associate justice for the Franklin Probate and Family Court in Franklin County, Massachusetts.[1] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Paul Cellucci in October 1998 and may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[2][3]

Education

Rainaud received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Western New England College.[4]

Career

From 1983 until he joined the Franklin Probate and Family Court in 1998, Rainaud served as the first assistant register for Franklin County. He also previously was a partner at the law firm of Ducharme, Moriarty, Rainaud and Wilson in Holyoke, Massachusetts.[2]
