Pincola ran for election to the Harrison County Court of Common Pleas.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 32.4 percent of the vote. He competed against incumbent Judge Thomas Shawn Hervey.

Pincola received his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.
