Stephen M. Rainaud is a probate and family court associate justice for the Franklin Probate and Family Court in Franklin County, Massachusetts. He was nominated to the court by former Governor Paul Cellucci in October 1998 and may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.

Education

Rainaud received both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Western New England College.

Career

From 1983 until he joined the Franklin Probate and Family Court in 1998, Rainaud served as the first assistant register for Franklin County. He also previously was a partner at the law firm of Ducharme, Moriarty, Rainaud and Wilson in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
