Julio Cerda is an at-large representative on the Sharyland Independent School District school board in Texas. First elected in 2014, Cerda won a new term in the at-large general election on May 6, 2017.

Two seats on the Sharyland Independent School District school board were up for general election on May 6, 2017. In Place 1, board incumbent Ricky Longoria filed for re-election and defeated former candidate Kevin Sparks. Place 2 incumbent Julio Cerda also filed for re-election and ran unopposed.[1][2]
