Suzanne Kirk Hawker was a candidate for the Precinct 6 seat on the Salt Lake City Board of Education in Utah. She lost in the primary election on June 24, 2014 to fellow challengers Weston Clark and Melissa H. Ford. Incumbent Laurel Heath Young did not file for re-election.
