Everett A. Martin, Jr. is a circuit court judge for the 4th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] The 4th Judicial Circuit is home to the Norfolk Circuit Court.[2] He has served as a judge on the court since March 16, 2003.[3]
Education
Martin received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University.[4]
