Ballotpedia provides comprehensive election coverage of the 100 largest cities in America by population as well as mayoral, city council, and district attorney election coverage in state capitals outside of the 100 largest cities. This judge is outside of that coverage scope and does not receive scheduled updates.

Bullard graduated from the Santa Barbara College of Law.[2]

Career

Before serving on the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County, Bullard worked for the California Highway Patrol, the Ventura County Public Defender’s office, and as a deputy district attorney for Santa Barbara County.[2]
