J. Henry Banks

J. Henry Banks is a former district court judge for the 9th Judicial District, which presides over Franklin, Granville, Vance, and Warren counties of North Carolina.[1] He was appointed to the court by former Governor Jim Hunt in 1996.[2] Banks was re-elected to the 9th Judicial District in 2014.[3][4] Banks retired from the court on January 31, 2017.[5]
