David Ricciardone

David Ricciardone was an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts.[1] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick (D) in October 2010.[2] Ricciardone was sworn into office in January 2011.[3] He may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[4]

Education

Ricciardone received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College in 1980 and his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law in 1985.[3][2]

Career

Ricciardone served as an associate justice for the Massachusetts District Courts from 2004 until 2011. Prior to his judicial career, Ricciardone worked as an attorney in private practice and served as an assistant district attorney.[3]
