Richard E. Wilson was a judge pro tempore of the 14th Judicial District (Division F) in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. He was appointed by the Louisiana Supreme Court to temporarily succeed Wilford D. Carter following his retirement in November of 2013. Wilson's term expired on January 1, 2014.[1]

Education

Wilson earned an undergraduate degree from Morehouse College in 1989, going on to receive his J.D. from Tulane University in 1997.[1]
