Thomas R. Campbell is a judge on the Adams County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the position in 2009 for a term that will expire in 2019.[1]

Campbell received his bachelor's degree in 1992 and J.D. in 1995, both from Wake Forest University.[2]
