Julia Martz-Fisher is a judge on the Sixth Circuit in Frederick County, Maryland. Martz-Fisher was appointed by Governor Larry Hogan (R) on November 11, 2016. The Maryland General Assembly passed a bill allowing for a sixth judgeship in the county's circuit court.[1]

Biography

Martz-Fisher received a bachelor's degree from Hood College and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. From 1999 until her judicial appointment in 2016, she worked at the Martz & Fisher law firm.[1]
