Jorge Pérez Santiago is a judge of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida. Pérez Santiago assumed office on May 15, 2023. Pérez Santiago's current term ends on January 7, 2031.

Pérez Santiago won re-election for judge of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida outright in the general election on November 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Pérez Santiago was appointed to the court on May 15, 2023, by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) to replace Luise Krieger-Martin.[1]
