Robert J. Bertrand is a judge for the North Syracuse Village Court in Onondaga County, New York.

Bertrand ran for a seat left open by the retirement of Carl T. Putzer on the Cicero Town Court. He ran against Douglas M. DeMarche, Jr., but lost.[1][2]
