R. Wayne Smith was a judge of the 3rd Judicial District in Louisiana (Union and Lincoln parishes). He decided not to run for re-election in 2014, and his most recent term expired on December 31, 2014.[1]
Education
Smith earned a bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University, going on to receive his J.D. from Louisiana State University in 1973.[2]
