The Oshkosh Area School District Maintenance Referendum or Question 2 was a school bond measure on the April 7 ballot in the Oshkosh Area School District which is in Winnebago County. The referendum was brought to the ballot by the school board, and it sought to exceed state-set revenue limits by $6,500,000 by 2014. The additional funds would be used to pay for maintenance on district buildings that has been deferred. Some suggested projects include repairing "roofs across the district, windows at Webster Stanley school, bleachers at West High school and heating and air conditioning systems at Perry Tipler, Roosevelt and Merrill."[1]
