Harriet A. Drummond
Harriet Drummond (Democratic Party) was a member of the Alaska House of Representatives, representing District 18. She assumed office on January 15, 2013. She left office on January 17, 2023.
Drummond (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Alaska House of Representatives to represent District 17. She lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Biography
Harriet A. Drummond received a bachelor's degree from Cornell University in 1974. Drummond's professional experience includes working as a graphic designer. She previously was elected to the Anchorage School Board.[1]

Drummond ran in the 2012 election for Alaska House of Representatives District 16. She defeated Hugh Brown, III in the August 28, 2012, Democratic primary and defeated Jimmy Crawford (Alaska) (R), Tracy L. Shaffer (R, Write-in), and Phil Isley (I) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[10][11][12]
Note: Official results showed 28 write-in votes, with no indication on how many went to write-in candidate Tracy L. Shaffer.
