James E. Albert (Pennsylvania)
James E. Albert was a judge for the Westmoreland County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.[1] James E. Albert (Pennsylvania) won the general election on November 3, 2015. He retired from the court on July 31, 2016.[2]
