Mark Hamilton (Georgia)
Mark Hamilton is a former Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 24 from 2007 to 2015. He resigned on May 11, 2015, in order to pursue work in Nashville, Tennessee.[1]
Biography
Hamilton's professional experience includes working as the founder of AppliedWisdom LLC, and founder/president/chief executive officer of H & H Staffing Services.[2]

Elections for the Georgia House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014, with runoff elections taking place where necessary on July 22, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 7, 2014. Incumbent Mark D. Hamilton defeated Sheri D. Gilligan in the Republican primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[3][4][5]

Hamilton ran in the 2012 election for Georgia House of Representatives District 24. Hamilton ran unopposed in the Republican primary on July 31, 2012. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[6] Hamilton ran unopposed in the general election.[7]

2010
Hamilton ran for re-election to the 23rd District seat in 2010. He had no opposition in the July 20 primary and no one has filed to run against him in the general election. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[8]
