Linn County, Oregon, Measure 22-212, Property Tax for Public Safety Services Measure (November 2025):

A "yes" vote supports levying a property tax of $308 per $100,000 of assessed value for four years beginning in 2026 to provide funding for public safety services, defined to include law enforcement; juvenile criminal justice services; crime victim services; jail facilities; emergency response services; and the 911 Communications Center.

A "no" vote opposes levying a property tax of $308 per $100,000 of assessed value for four years beginning in 2026 to provide funding for public safety services.

Portland, Oregon, Measure 26-260, Parks and Recreation Property Tax Measure (November 2025):

A "yes" vote supports enacting a tax at the rate of $140 per $100,000 of assessed property value for five years beginning in 2026 to fund recreational programs and park services.

A "no" vote opposes enacting a tax at the rate of $140 per $100,000 of assessed property value for five years beginning in 2026 to fund recreational programs and park services.

Medford, Oregon, Increase the Transient Lodging Tax to 13% Measure (2025):

A "yes" vote supports amending the city charter to raise the transient lodging tax from 11% to 13% of the gross room price.

Under federal law, the national mail voter registration application (a version of which is in use in all states with voter registration systems) requires applicants to indicate that they are U.S. citizens in order to complete an application to vote in state or federal elections, but does not require voters to provide documentary proof of citizenship. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the application "may require only the minimum amount of information necessary to prevent duplicate voter registrations and permit State officials both to determine the eligibility of the applicant to vote and to administer the voting process."
