The Arizona Attorney General election of 2010 was held on November 2, 2010. Incumbent Terry Goddard announced in January 2010 that he would not seek re-election in November, choosing instead to make a third run at the governor's mansion.

Three Republican and two Democratic candidates arose to compete for the seat. Former Republican state representative Tom Horne defeated his Democratic opponent, Phoenix prosecutor Felecia Rotellini. Horne won with 51.9 percent of the vote to Rotellini's 48.1 percent.
