2013

Parnell explained why he is running for a board seat on his campaign website:[1]

"Todd believes we are at a turning point, not only for Lakota Schools, but for Public Education in general. Great school systems have several things in common such as Fiscal Responsibility and Oversight, Safety, Talented Educators, Parental Involvement; as well as a comprehensive, well-rounded and technology-blended curriculum and extracurricular programs broad enough to include all students that wish to explore their interest and passions beyond the classroom."
