Julia Kozicki is an at-large member of the Noblesville School Board in Indiana. Her seat was up for general election on November 4, 2014. Kozicki was first elected to the board in 2006.[1] Julia Kozicki won the general election on November 4, 2014.

The election in Noblesville featured two seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. Incumbent Julia Kozicki ran against challengers Carl Johnson IV and Kevin Kalstad for the at-large seats. Fellow board member Patrick Berghoff did not file for re-election. Julia Kozicki and Kevin Kalstad defeated Carl A. Johnson to win the two seats.
