Richard A. Gray is a judge on the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Gray was elected to the court in 2003 to a term that expired in 2013.[1][2] He ran for retention in 2013 and was retained for a term that will expire in 2023.[3]

Gray was retained to the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas with 78.7 percent of the vote on November 5, 2013. [3]

Education

Gray earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1970 and his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1975.[4]
