Robert J. Shenkin is a senior judge on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Shenkin was first elected to the court in 1989. He was retained in 1999 and 2009.[2] Due to reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70, Shenkin retired at the end of 2014 and began serving as a senior judge.[3]

Shenkin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Duke University.[4]
